8. DEPOSITS AND WITHDRAWALS FROM YOUR ACCOUNT



8.1 Every deposit in Tsars is applied with a fixed commission fee of 1.00 EUR. Example 1: If you are trying to deposit 20 EUR, you will need to pay 1 EUR fee that will be automatically added on top of your chosen deposit amount and full deposit amount that will be deducted from you will be 21 EUR whilst the amount that will be credited your account will be 20 EUR. The same process applies to deposits in other amounts as well. Example 2: If you will make 1000.00 EUR deposit, 1 EUR fee will be added on top, resulting in 1001.00 EUR deduction while your Tsars balance will be 1000.00 EUR. 8.2 If You wish to participate in the Services, You must deposit monies into Your Account from an account or source of which You are the account holder. Such monies may (subject to paragraph 5) then be used by

8.3.2 In cases when player requests a withdrawal without reaching a minimum turnover threshold, Tsars reserves the right to charge a 10% fee of the requested withdrawal amount. The fee will be instantly deducted


after the approval of the requested withdrawal.




8.3.2.1 If the minimum wagering requirements for a single deposit were not met in accordance with the rule (8.2.2) and a customer made a new one, while having an active balance from the previous deposit, then the minimum wagering requirements shall also be maintained on both deposits. A new deposit does not cancel the wagering requirements for the previous one. Example:A client deposits €500 and makes a new €20 deposit without reaching the minimum turnover threshold (x3 of the deposit amount). 9.1. Tsars reserves the right to remove, add or change any bonus that is available in the account of any Customer and has not been claimed. Any claimed and active bonus will not be removed by Tsars under regular

    20.1.4 where an error has been made as a result of a Prohibited Practice;




    20.1.5 where we should not have accepted, or have the right to cancel or re-settle, a bet pursuant to the Betting Rules (for example due to ‘Related Contingencies’);




    20.1.6 where an error is made by us as to the amount of winnings/returns that are paid to You, including as a result of a manual or computer input error; or




    20.1.7 where an error has been made by us as to the amount of free bets and/or bonuses that are credited to Your Account,




    such circumstances being referred to as an “Error"




    20.2 We reserve the right to:




    20.2.1 correct any Error made on a bet placed and re-settle the same at the correct price or terms which were available or should have been available through the Operator (absent the publishing error) at the time


    that the bet was placed and the bet will be deemed to have taken place on the terms which were usual for that bet; or




    20.2.2 where it is not reasonably practicable to correct and re-settle under 20.2.1 above, to declare the bet void and return Your stake into Your Account; or
